How do I find the right size?
For shoes, pick a size and the page shows the foot length in centimetres and inches. Measure from your heel to your longest toe and match the number — that's the most reliable way to get it right first time. Clothing runs S to 5XL depending on the piece, and sizing can vary slightly between styles. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Still unsure? Email us your usual size and the brand you're comparing to, and we'll give you a straight answer.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Orders placed before 5:00 pm AEST are usually processed within 1–3 business days, with 4–7 business days in transit after dispatch. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way. Regional and remote addresses can take a day or two longer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within Australia, from Perth to the Gold Coast. No minimum spend and nothing extra to pay at checkout or on delivery. We currently ship within Australia only.
What if it doesn't fit or I change my mind?
No problem. Send back any unworn item with the tags still on within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange. Email us your order number and we'll send you the return address and instructions. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived faulty or wasn't what you ordered, and refunds land back on your original card within 7 business days of us receiving it.
Do you offer a discount when I buy more than one item?
Yes. Bundle savings apply automatically at checkout, no code needed: 2 items save 10%, 3 items 15%, 4 items 20%, and 5 or more 25%. Mix and match anything in the store.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us at hello@maeandcase.com with your order number, a short description and a photo or two. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you. We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
